  1. Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be communicated in writing to tours@safari56.co.tz or tours@safari56.com. Cancellations within 30 days of the tour start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour.
  2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timing. Processing fees may apply, and refund times will vary depending on the payment method used.
