Welcome to Safari56 Tours! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

a. Bookings: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of at least 35%. All bookings are subject to availability and should be made in advance.

b. Payments: Full payment must be made prior to the start of the tour. Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods such as cash.

c. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges. Changes should be communicated to Safari 56 Tours as soon as possible vie the email tours@safari56.co.tz/tours@safari56.com.

d.Booking Confirmation and Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will vary based on the type of tour and destination. Full payment must be made within a specified time frame prior to departure, as indicated in your booking confirmation.

e.Changes to the Itinerary: While we strive to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, circumstances such as weather conditions, natural events, and other factors may require adjustments. Safari 56 Tours reserves the right to make necessary modifications to ensure safety and enhance your experience.

f. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Additionally, clients must adhere to the tour guidelines provided by Safari 56 Tours and follow the instructions of the guides to ensure a safe journey.

g. Liability and Insurance: Safari56 Tours will take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable tour. However, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property that may occur during the tour. We strongly recommend that all clients have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal liability, and trip cancellations.
