3-Day Northern Tanzania Safari: Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro

Experience 3 unforgettable days of the Big Five through Tarangire National Park (home to elephants), the Serengeti's endless plains, and a majestic finish at Ngorongoro Crater.

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Depart from Arusha in the morning and transfer to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2 hours). On arrival, check in for full-day game drive, at 1pm pause to enjoy a picnic lunch within the park. After the game drive in the evening, transfer to Eileen’s Trees Inn Lodge ( 1 hour 45 minutes from the park) for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-Day Serengeti National Park Game Drive

After breakfast, depart from Eileen’s Trees Inn Lodge at 5:00 am for Serengeti National Park (approximately 3 hours). Upon arrival, check in and begin a full-day game drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch at 1:00 pm at a designated picnic site in the park. After the game drive, return to Central Serengeti Luxury Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive & Departure to Arusha

After breakfast, depart from Serengeti and transfer to Ngorongoro Crater. Drive like 4 hours, descend into the crater for a game drive, with a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool picnic site at midday in the crater. At 3:00 pm, ascend the crater and begin the return transfer to Arusha (approximately 3–4 hours). Drop-off at your hotel in Arusha.
